Positive: The room was comfortable and had a simple but nice decor. Several useful items such as water boiler, coffee machine and laundry room were also accessible.
Negative: The cleaning staff were polite but their performance was definitely questionable. We once asked them to change the bed sheets and they only changed the mattress sheets, leaving the clearly dirty pillow and blanket sheets as it was. They would generally be shocked when we would ask them to change sheets or towels which we found a bit strange… The lack of personnel at the facility was also not always convenient. There is a hotline which they responded fast to but sometimes we would get different information from the different people we would speak to about the same topic.
Summary: The stay was ok overall but there is some room for improvement.

Positive: Great Rooms. Very Clean. You can open a giant door for fresh air. Modern bathrooms and seamless check-in/out. Great fridge and kitchen in the room. Located in a very quiet area for a good night sleep.
Negative: No AC, no shade during the day outside. It would be great to have some shade in the beautiful outdoor seating area. Parking situation could be better.
Summary: Great value for a very pleasant stay in Tübingen.

Positive: We used this as a base to hike through Schonbuch national park. It's right on the southern edge of the forest, just 5 mins to get into nature. The town of Tubingen and the train station is a bus ride away. Supermarkets 10 min walk. Self-service laundry in the basement (via another app) and amenities for self-catering.
Negative: The automated check-in system is fancy but the keycard didn't activate so we had to call them. They fixed it but not the best first impression.
